We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Special Education Support Worker to join our specialist provision supporting students aged 11-19 with SEMH/ASC needs based in Kidderminster.

Role Overview

As a new Learning Support Assistant, your role is to provide support to children and young people with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to students with SEMH/ASC needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individual education plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

We offer a competitive salary of £21,151.65 per annum (£10.80 per hour), paid weekly during term-time only. The successful candidate will also receive excellent training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to work with a talented and dedicated team.
