SEN Teaching Assistant Job Opportunity

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our pupils, promoting their learning and overall wellbeing. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will establish strong relationships with pupils, encouraging them to enjoy and learn during their time at the school.

  • Promote independence and personal development in pupils, maintaining high expectations of behaviour at all times.
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging educational activities and experiences through teaching a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at achieving full potential in all areas of learning.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide comprehensive support to our pupils, helping them reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess relevant qualifications or experience in education or childcare, as well as a caring and patient personality with a strong commitment to supporting children with special educational needs.

Key Benefits:

This SEN Teaching Assistant role offers a competitive salary of £21,000 - £22,900 per annum, a full-time permanent contract with 40 hours of work per week, pension and life assurance benefits, a comprehensive health plan, and high street discounts.
