Job Description
PK Education is looking for a Behaviour Interventionist to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves working with pupils who have challenging behaviour/SEND, providing support and encouragement to promote progression in small groups and one-to-one settings.

Salary and Benefits
This full-time role offers a competitive salary, exposure to networking opportunities with associated schools, and assistance in obtaining a DBS registration through the DBS Update Service if needed.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualised behaviour intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support
- Monitor and evaluate progress, making adjustments as needed

Requirements
- Level 3 qualification or degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education
- Experience working with children with challenging behaviour/SEND
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
