PK Education is currently seeking an Education Specialist to join their team. As a SEND Support Worker, you will have the chance to work with pupils who have challenging behaviour/SEND, promoting progression in small groups and one-to-one settings.

Remuneration

Key Accountabilities
- Support and guide pupils with SEND
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualised learning plans
- Create engaging and inclusive lesson plans

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification or degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education
- Experience working with children with challenging behaviour/SEND
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
