Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Manager to join our team at our Carlisle site. As part of our Meals division, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring all KPIs and efficiency targets are achieved.

You will work closely with your team to drive performance, improve engagement and morale, and proactively review operational trends and performance metrics. Your goal will be to identify opportunities for improvements and ensure that all colleagues are motivated and equipped to perform to the best of their ability.

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Factory Manager at our Carlisle site. With a strong focus on safety and compliance, you will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment and ensuring that all HSE standards are met.

  • Proven track record of leading and improving production teams in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully meeting KPIs and implementing new processes to drive improvements.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach to motivating teams and engaging with people to deliver change.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to use data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
  • Proactive and confident in approach, able to work well with colleagues at all levels across the business.
