Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a mixed New Build / Refurb commercial project in the Cumbria area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site team, ensuring health and safety standards are met, coordinating site materials, and delivering the project to program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the direct site team and sub-contractors
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site
  • Coordinate site materials and resources
  • Deliver the project to program and budget

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a Trade Background, SMSTS, First Aid certification, and a CSCS Management Card. Negotiable day rate.
