  • Build and manage relationships with volunteer tutors">
  • Work with school staff to ensure cooperation and timely completion of activities contributing to the smooth running of the programme">
  • Chair and present at termly school meetings to report on programme progress">
  • Support the delivery of tutor training and attend university site visits">

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to deliver projects and manage administration accurately. They will also be skilled in building and maintaining relationships, be resilient and adaptable, and able to lead and manage change.
