Education Support Professional:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Education Support Professional to join our team at Aspire People. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and social development of Key Stage 1 students.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide one-on-one support to students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to develop their skills and experience in education while making a positive impact on young minds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver lessons that meet the needs of Key Stage 1 students.
  • Provide individualized support to students, focusing on their academic and social growth.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with Key Stage 1 students in a school setting.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CACHE Level 2, are desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for education and commitment to promoting children's welfare and safeguarding.
