Business Development Coordinator

Blue Legal is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our Real Estate Sector team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the Sector Manager in developing and implementing business and marketing plans for our sector groups and divisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Sector Manager to develop and implement business and marketing strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of business development activities and provide insights for improvement.
- Assist in the delivery of bids and tenders for new business opportunities and provide support to the bids team.
- Provide support to partners and fee-earners in relation to target client meetings and business development activities.
- Coordinate and plan large campaigns and business development targeting activities.
- Develop knowledge of sector positioning and research clients and targets to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain content on the firm's website and social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Upload relevant sector content on the firm's social media channels.
- Assist with CRM enquiries and provide e-marketing support for events and publications.
- Experience working in a professional services firm.
- Possess a relevant Business or Marketing degree or equivalent.
- Be computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and social media.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals across the business.
- Manage conflicting requests or concurrent multiple projects.
Please note that due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
