Business Development Coordinator

Blue Legal is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our Real Estate Sector team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the Sector Manager in developing and implementing business and marketing plans for our sector groups and divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Sector Manager to develop and implement business and marketing strategies.
  2. Monitor the effectiveness of business development activities and provide insights for improvement.
  3. Assist in the delivery of bids and tenders for new business opportunities and provide support to the bids team.
  4. Provide support to partners and fee-earners in relation to target client meetings and business development activities.
  5. Coordinate and plan large campaigns and business development targeting activities.
  6. Develop knowledge of sector positioning and research clients and targets to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Maintain content on the firm's website and social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  8. Upload relevant sector content on the firm's social media channels.
  9. Assist with CRM enquiries and provide e-marketing support for events and publications.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working in a professional services firm.
  2. Possess a relevant Business or Marketing degree or equivalent.
  3. Be computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and social media.
  4. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals across the business.
  5. Manage conflicting requests or concurrent multiple projects.

Please note that due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
