Key Responsibilities
As an HSEQ Adviser at Thalia Waste Management, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing expert guidance on HSEQ matters, including conducting site visits and providing training;
  2. Working closely with the Compliance Manager to drive safety culture, manage compliance, and support operational resilience;
  3. Maintaining compliance with HSEQ standards, including developing and implementing procedures and policies;
  4. Conducting investigations and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement HSEQ-related projects.


We require an IOSH certification and a strong background in HSEQ, with excellent communication skills. NEBOSH certification is desirable. We also expect you to be proactive, analytical, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including entry into a company bonus scheme, contributory pension, 24 days annual leave, and flexible benefits.
