Thalia Waste Management is a leading waste management company based on the Isle of Wight. We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Adviser to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards at our Forest Road and Lynnbottom Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) sites.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance Manager to drive safety culture, manage compliance, and support operational resilience. The role involves conducting site visits, providing training, and maintaining compliance with HSEQ standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include entry into a company bonus scheme, contributory pension, 24 days annual leave, and flexible benefits.

This is a Monday-Friday role from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with travel between our Forest Road and Lynnbottom sites. We require an IOSH certification and a strong background in HSEQ, with excellent communication skills. NEBOSH certification is desirable.
