Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes annual leave, contributory pension scheme, cash health plan, cycle to work scheme, global bonus plan, share scheme, rewards scheme, and life assurance.

Job Description

As a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees, contractors, and visitors on EHS matters.
  • Analyze EHS performance metrics and develop strategies to improve performance and reduce risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications: A recognized health, safety, and environmental management qualification, such as NEBOSH General certificate, IEMA Certificate, NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety, or NCRQ certificate, is essential.

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
