Role Overview:

Our client, a global manufacturing company based in Newport, is seeking a HR Systems Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to take on new challenges and develop their skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, leading employee development initiatives, and providing expert advice on Employee Relations matters. They will also be responsible for overseeing recruitment, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the employee life cycle, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Leading employee development initiatives, including training and coaching programs
  • Providing expert advice to managers on Employee Relations matters
  • Overseeing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive best practice
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal standards

Requirements:

  • Current HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor with experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and internal standards
  • A competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, depending on experience
