Flagship Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Keswick Multi-Care Center. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide patient-centered care to senior residents in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for conducting therapy screens, evaluations, and daily treatment sessions. Additionally, they will participate in discharge and discharge programs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents. The position requires good physical and mental health status, as it involves walking/standing most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the Physical Therapist must possess a master's or doctorate of Physical Therapy, a State License for the state in which services are being provided, and CPR certification. They must also be dependable and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served.
