Job Summary:
NHS Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Community Health Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Community Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a community setting. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cases in a community setting and hold a degree in Physiotherapy. This is an excellent opportunity to work across 50+ partner NHS Trusts, giving you flexibility and choice in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and specialist assessments to aid in medical diagnoses and formulate treatment plans.
- Leading case conferences and mentoring Band 5 Physiotherapists, Patient Support Workers, and students.
