Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This challenging role requires a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Psychological Therapist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or similar professional qualification.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical supervision and support to colleagues in relation to their clinical work.
  • Manage risk and develop plans to support individuals and systems.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of working with complex mental health difficulties, including problems associated with complex emotional and relational needs, and severe depression, anxiety, co-morbid substance misuse and trauma.
  • Experience of participating in the delivery of group interventions or providing group supervision/reflection.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years.

Requirements

We require a professional who is able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, empathy and a patient approach when dealing with vulnerable individuals. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is also essential.
