We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Director - Patient Care to join our Clinical Leadership Team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality patient care across our services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and clinical leadership, with experience in managing staff and resources. You will work closely with our senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best practice
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 27 days annual leave, pension scheme, and wellbeing programme.
