Business Development Director

The role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, with the opportunity to further your career across our well-known brands. As a General Manager at Greene King, you will be responsible for leading by example and bringing our brand to life through your team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers. You will work with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales, recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers, and champion brand standards and customer and team safety.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual who has previously worked as a General Manager in a hospitality or retail environment. You will be great with people, have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be business savvy with a keen eye for P&L control.
