We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Hospitality Assistant to join our team at The Hamptons Care Centre in Lytham, St Annes. As a purpose-built care home, we provide high standards of safety, comfort, and care to our 76 residents with various needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that residents and visitors receive an efficient food service, maintaining a clean working environment within the dining room and serving area at all times. We have a part-time contract available with an hourly rate of £11.44, with shift times from 0800-1830 and alternate weekend working.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a high standard of hospitality service to residents and visitors.
- Support and assist visitors as needed.
- Inform the Chef of any individual requirements of residents.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and procedures according to company HACCP guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to training given by management.
- Promote the safeguarding of adults' welfare.
- Hospitality or catering experience is desirable.
- Previous experience working in a care setting is desirable.
- Effective communication skills for teamwork.
- Participation in activities organised in the Home.
