Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House supervisor to join our team. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and bar and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong team management and communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations during service hours
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for front of house staff
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: £8.72-£12.00 per hour
