About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing properties, including booking and conducting property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Training and Development

You will begin your journey as a Property Manager with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions, day-to-day learning led by our industry experts, and a fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training.
