Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager at Spicerhaart. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing properties, ensuring they meet all regulatory health and safety standards, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.


Key Responsibilities



  • Property Inspections: Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Tenancy Management: Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals, coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs, and process eviction requests.
  • Deposit Returns: Ensure accurate and timely deposit returns to tenants.
  • Rental Arrears: Resolve rental arrears and communicate with tenants to resolve any issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth property management.
  • Complaint Handling: Manage complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Reports: Complete thorough inventory reports for check-in and check-out procedures.
