**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Registered Manager in maintaining an overview of services and leading a team of support workers
* Contribute to the further development of services and implement changes as needed
* Work closely with staff and service users to ensure high-quality support services are delivered
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders
