Search Consultancy are currently recruiting experienced Service Managers to work for a learning disability service based in Chorley for one of the leading non-profit healthcare providers in the UK. The suitable candidates will:* Have great communication skills* Must be compassionate and caring* Be a dynamic leader who is committed to the best quality of service.* You will be an excellent problem solver* Have worked a minimum of 5 years recent experience in a healthcare setting.* Have a minimum 2 years experience of managing a team of support workers* Have experience with delegation and organising a rota* Have of safeguarding procedures* Have a flexible approach towards work.All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check and we require a minimum of two satisfactory employment references. Although shifts are offered on an ad hoc basis, work is constantly ongoing.
