**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting onsite service queries, therapeutically assessing mental health needs, and referring onto clinically appropriate therapy
  • Delivering video/face-to-face goal-oriented therapy sessions and overarching case management services for end-to-end care
  • Working collaboratively with our global clinical teams and the clients' other onsite clinical services

This role requires a strong clinical understanding, knowledge, and ability to manage risk effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a time-pressured environment.
