Job Description

As a First Line Fix Technician at Tgw Limited, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our equipment. You will work closely with our engineers and technicians to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.

The salary for this position is £38,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line fix to all TGW and third party products installed on site
  • Support continuous improvement activities to improve site performance
  • Maintain TGW health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
