Resident Engineering Support

Tgw is recruiting a Resident Engineering Support specialist to join our team. As the Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-line support and maintenance of TGW automation equipment and third-party products installed on site. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their maintenance engineering career or make their first step into the maintenance of automated logistics equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to TGW automation equipment and third-party products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operation of the automation system and prevent downtime.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, including shift logs, maintenance tasks, spare parts usage, and top-loss reports, in DART and CMMS software platforms.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Ensure compliance with current and future health and safety legislation at all times.
Requirements:
- Maintenance and Engineering or similar discipline (NVQ level 2 or higher).
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
