Requirements

  • Active MA NP or PA license
  • BLS/ACLS certification
  • MA board authorization to practice as an APRN NRSG or PA
  • Valid prescriptive authority from MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA
  • Current ONS Chemotherapy card
  • OCN certification within one year of employment
