About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Transaction Services Assistant Director to assist with financial due diligence on transactions for private equity and corporate clients. In this role, you will support the preparation of analysis and findings for client deliverables, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide high-quality findings to support client decision-making.
- Presentation of conclusions and recommendations to clients, discussing implications and action points.
- Take ownership of performance, driving personal and team growth.
- Consult effectively on risk management, supporting a risk management culture within the team.
- Support business development efforts and identify opportunities.
What We Offer: A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive reward package including tailored development programs, flexible bank holidays, and benefits like pension, life assurance, and private medical insurance.
