Account Manager - Endoscopy - South East

As a Commercial Sales Professional, you'll leverage your exceptional commercial skills, negotiation abilities, and entrepreneurial spirit to succeed in our Sales team. Your collaborative approach and customer-focused mindset will help you build lasting relationships and drive business growth.

Purpose Statement

The role of the Account Manager is to manage the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments. You'll identify commercial opportunities, manage account planning, and execute regional and local sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and secure product positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of annual strategic plans by providing business intelligence for accounts in scope.
  • Understand account needs and expectations, and develop detailed account plans to support sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOLs, and promote Health Economics arguments to engage decision-makers.
  • Support clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities, and perform clinical selling based on clinical support information.
  • Plan and prepare tenders and proposals based on account situations and understanding, and participate in negotiations.
  • Develop deal models and create IPAT, and timely reach out to customers regarding new agreements.
  • Record customer information and activities in our CRM system, and use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.
