About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Facility Leader to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care home and ensuring that we provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a care facility and will possess a strong working knowledge of CQC standards. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitors.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, plus additional bonuses based on excess profit and performance-related incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 25-day annual leave entitlement, fully funded DBS disclosure, and NMC PIN renewal paid annually.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the care facility in providing high-quality care and support to residents, while maintaining excellent standards of care and support.
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home's services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the care facility's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
