Senior Care Facility Administrator Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Senior Care Facility Administrator to join our team in Wroxham. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our nursing home.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in developing and implementing administrative processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of staff, residents, and appointments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports, data, and statistics as required by management or regulatory bodies.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
