About the Role

As a Construction Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to learners, focusing on construction-related skills and qualifications. Your key tasks will include developing learning resources, creating flexible learning strategies, and delivering construction training leading to CSCS cards for learners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to learners, ensuring they receive the best possible education and training
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including learners, employers, and other organizations
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in construction-related fields

Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in construction or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
