Job Title: Construction CSCS Trainer/ Educator

Location: Norwich – Centre based

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

The successful candidate will deliver Construction training to learners in a classroom-based environment, leading them to acquire their CSCS cards. Key responsibilities include delivering Employability Skills, alongside Functional Skills, Digital and Personal Development. The trainer must be able to overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs, developing engaging and motivating sessions that enhance learners' skills, knowledge and behaviours. Additionally, the trainer will monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews, providing advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.

Criteria:

  • Must have experience of providing accredited, or on-the-job training within the Construction sector.
  • Must hold a Level 3 Health and Safety qualification, or higher.
  • Must hold solid, occupational experience of employment within the Construction industry.
  • Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
  • Hold a level 2 qualification as a minimum within a Construction trade.
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
