About the Role: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Construction Professional to oversee our construction projects in Norwich, UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise subcontractors and site staff to guarantee timely project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure project success.
  • Regularly update senior management on project progress.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Solve site-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Inspect sites to confirm high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Substantial experience in a similar position within the construction industry.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Superior leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • A CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are highly valued.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits include a pension scheme, healthcare benefits, opportunities for career advancement, and more.
