Housing Officer Job Description

Peace Recruitment are currently working with a small housing association to assist with recruitment within their housing management team. They are looking for a Housing Officer for an initial 4-week temp contract.

You will be responsible for all aspects of housing management, including the allocation of houses, effective estate management, and the recovery of rent arrears. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance are also necessary.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days worked from home and 3 days spent in the office or on site visits. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in housing management and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
