About The Role

This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end servicing and repair activities while prioritizing resources to resolve customer issues efficiently. A high level of cooperation and communication across the business ensures an excellent and consistent level of service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating engineer diaries, materials, labour and resources for the completion of jobs.
  2. Actioning and quoting for additional repairs highlighted by engineers.
  3. Ensuring compliance with processes and dealer operating standards.
  4. Deputizing for the Service Delivery Manager during absence.
  5. Addressing health and safety concerns.
  6. Supporting the Service Delivery Manager with training and development of engineers.

Requirements

To be successful, we look for the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Understanding of mechanical terminology and associated work.
  • Strong IT skills and good working knowledge of MS systems.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and communicate effectively.
  • Reliability, honesty and good timekeeping.
