Service Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-value Scottish Water projects. Working out of our Grangemouth office, you will manage a high-performance team to ensure legislative compliance across all NRSWA noticing functions and support quality compliance on reinstatement works.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Data and Technical staff to ensure legislative compliance across all NRSWA noticing functions and support quality compliance on reinstatement works.
- Liaise with the central Project Management Office (PMO) to capture data and provide timely and accurate reporting on future pipeline and live projects.
- Undertake internal audits on projects and provide support during external audits.
- Support projects to ensure all customer and stakeholder engagement is carried out.
- Monitor and manage Performance Measures and dashboards, ensuring KPI's and KPC's are in line with expectations.
- Lead Social Value initiatives that contribute to local communities and organizations.
- Extract and collate project information in support of Research & Development and Innovation proposals.
- Organize and run Wellbeing promotions and events.
- Plan, prepare and facilitate collaborative workshops as required.
- Work with Operations, Assurance and Commercial teams to ensure effective induction and onboarding.
- Promote a positive Health, Safety, Environment and Quality culture.
- Proven experience in managing multiple teams and contributing to their professional development.
- Track record of developing a performance culture.
- Financial awareness and commercial acumen.
- Water Sector and relevant Civil Engineering experience is desirable.
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
- Power BI or similar experience.
