Levy UK & Ireland is a leading catering company that delivers exceptional hospitality experiences at some of the world's greatest venues. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Head Chef and Senior Head Chef of Pastry to develop menus and standards that deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. You will lead effective and collaborative communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that quality and flavour are never compromised.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a team of chefs to deliver high-end restaurant quality desserts for match day hospitality areas, non-match day events, and associated food areas within the venue.
  • Supervising the receipt, storage, and quality of commodities, and reporting any concerns or observations.
  • Ensuring the recovery and storage of food, and following correct labelling procedures.
  • Following all recipes provided to ensure full compliance of nutritional and dietary requirements.
  • Assisting with coaching and mentoring Apprentice/Trainee Chefs on formal development programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-quality environments, with a passion for fresh ingredients and a talent for creating stunning dishes. You will be a strong team player with excellent organisational and communication skills, and a strong command of the English language.
