Pastry Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury 5-star hotel in the West End. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in our renowned site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pastry Sous Chef in managing the pastry section of the kitchen
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all pastry dishes
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
  • AA rosette or Michelin star experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
