Job Title: Pastry Demi Chef De Partie

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastry dishes. You will work closely with our Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed and that quality and production are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastry dishes, including desserts, cakes, and pastries.
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • Hold a level 3 food hygiene certificate.
  • Have a good command of the English language.
  • Understand the strategic positioning of the hotel and company within the competitive market.
  • Have knowledge of EHL systems and procedures.
  • Be confident and have the ability to communicate and establish rapport.
Working Hours:

Shifts will vary, including mornings and afternoons, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the business.

Salary and Benefits:

Basic salary is 27k + 3-4K Tronc with a total of 31K annually.
