Senior Partnerships Director

A leading commercial advisory firm seeks a seasoned sales professional to lead our Commercial Partnership team in securing high-value partnerships for clients across the sports, culture, and entertainment sectors.

About the Role:
  • Develop strategic partnership opportunities through market intelligence and credible thought leadership.
  • Engage with potential partners to establish a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  • Leverage data-driven methodologies to deliver impactful returns from commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales cycles from research to outreach, pitching, and closing.
  • Conduct research on sponsorship trends, categories, companies, and contacts to support sales activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales/business development roles within the sports industry.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship and brand investment in sports sponsorships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and deliver sales meetings.
Salary Range:

$72,000 - $92,000 per annum

Location:
