London, Greater London, United Kingdom Identify Solutions Full time

At Identify Solutions, we're on the hunt for a Senior Partnerships Director to spearhead our Accountancy sector. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for growth and development within a rapidly expanding FinTech company.

The ideal candidate will have established sales teams in place, covering various markets including Corporate, Not-for-profit, NBFIs, SMEs, and Financial Advisors. This is a pivotal role in shaping our company's future, and we expect the successful candidate to increase the number of Accountants signed up and trading on our platform. Our platform offers reduced risk, better rates, and increased returns, making it an attractive proposition for Accountants who can take a fee share for themselves. We're seeking a skilled professional with a proven track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams. The ability to work independently and use initiative is essential, as our company operates in scale-up mode. We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We're committed to fostering a collaborative environment, working closely with our Marketing team to build a winning strategy and secure qualified leads. If you're passionate about driving business growth and have a knack for developing strategic partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.
