Key Responsibilities

The Youth Programme Coordinator will work as part of a team to design, deliver, and evaluate community-based group learning programs for young people in South Ayrshire.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, schools, and community groups to promote the program and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Providing support and guidance to young participants, including those with additional support needs.
  • Assisting in the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £23,000 - £33,000 based on full-time equivalent hours.
