We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Learning Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with young people in their communities, supporting their learning and development, and addressing life's challenges critically and creatively.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, colleagues, and partners. A strong understanding of youth development principles and practices is essential, as well as experience working with young people in a community or educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with young people in their communities, supporting their learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 30 days holiday allowance, membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, discounted Glasgow Club membership, and more.
