About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inclusion Support Specialist to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment. As an Inclusion Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with a range of SEN to engage in the classroom and develop their social skills
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children with complex needs
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behavior management strategies
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • A 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University
  • Genuine interest in working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience working with children with SEN is desirable
