Job Description:

EdEx Education Recruitment is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Inclusion Support Assistants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in a classroom setting, promoting their engagement and motivation to learn.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to develop social skills and build positive relationships with peers.
  • Assist with the implementation of behavior management strategies and contribute to a safe and respectful learning environment.
Requirements:
  • A 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University.
  • A genuine interest in working with students with SEN and a willingness to adapt to their individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff.
  • Experience working with students with SEN is desirable, but not essential.
