Programme Lead for NHS Cadets

We are seeking a Programme Lead for NHS Cadets to join our team at Sja's West. As a Programme Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the NHS Cadets programme, working with young people from marginalised communities across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit young people onto the NHS Cadets Programme and encourage them to maximise opportunities available to them.
- Supervise St John Ambulance youth support staff and volunteers to deliver the programme.
- Support the evaluation of the programme and the production of reports as needed.
About You:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with experience of teaching/training/demonstrating or coaching young people.
- An understanding of youth/community work and the barriers faced by marginalised communities.
- Strong organisational ability with experience of leading the delivery of a programme.
