About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Sessional Youth Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support and guidance to young people involved with the NHS Cadet Programme.

Working closely with our Project Lead and other Youth Support Workers, you will plan and deliver engaging sessions that cater to the individual needs of the young people on your programme. Your expertise will help them develop essential skills, build confidence, and explore their potential in the healthcare sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people and contribute to the success of our organisation. If you are passionate about youth development, have excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to motivate and inspire others, we encourage you to apply.

About You
  • You have experience in delivering training or activities to young people and are skilled in motivating them to achieve their goals.
  • You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences.
  • You have high levels of IT literacy and are proficient in using MS Office and remote working tools.
