About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Education and Child Development Specialist to join our team at Connect2Hampshire. As an Education and Child Development Specialist, you will provide psychological advice and support to communities, schools, parents, children, and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological advice and support to communities, schools, parents, children, and young people.
- Contribute to multi-agency support for children and young people.
- Act as a consultant on psychological matters with parents, carers, teachers, and other professionals working with children and young people.
- Work with staff in the Education and Inclusion branch to contribute to school effectiveness.
- Provide statutory advice to Local Authorities in accordance with the SEN Code of Practice.
- Attend SEN and disability tribunals as required by the Local Authority.
